1998– 2003   Head of MIS Division, Maccabi Healthcare Services; Responsible for over 150 employees, including a software development staff of over 40, and an annual budget of over $20 million, in support of 10,000 users within the Maccabi organization.
2002   Consultant to Polish Ministry of Health on the establishment of a computerized National Health Information System.
2003   Consultant to Romania National Health Insurance Company (CNAS) on the development of a computerized information system.
2003   Consultant to National Health Insurance Company Croatia on the development of a computerized medical record system.
